We booked into a traditional style Japanese room, complete with futons (sleeping on the floor), tatami mats, Japanese bathroom (including extra deep tub) and no chairs! Once we got used to it, we enjoyed the experience. Located in a great postion - easy to get around Tokyo via train or subway and lots of great local eating places around there.

Hotel room was perfect for 3 friends travelling around and staying at Edoya for a few nights, plenty of room, living area, table, sofa and separate room for sleeping. Very near lots of metro lines and good restaurants… Staff also great. Highly recommended.
Hot Bath not the most appealing.
